Time for Processing
Our warehouse in the United States consistently maintains product availability. Nevertheless, there is a processing time of 1-2 days (exclude Sunday) for product preparation before dispatching your package. If your order is still pending shipment, it indicates that your package is undergoing preparation. In the event of any unforeseen circumstances, we will inform you through email.
Upon dispatch, you will receive an email containing a tracking number, allowing you to monitor the status of your order.
Transit time

The provided shipping times are approximate, and it's important to be aware that during peak seasons, arrival times may experience delays:

Regrettably, we are presently unable to deliver to US military bases. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. Additionally, please note that shipping to multiple addresses within the same order is not supported.

Shipping Delays

In the event that your package takes more than 30 days to reach you, we will reimburse the entire order amount. Should your package not arrive within the expected timeframe, kindly submit a request, and we commit to responding within 12 hours. We appreciate your understanding and support. If the shipping tracking code indicates completion but your order has not been received, we suggest checking your surroundings thoroughly, as it may be concealed. If the issue persists, please reach out to the designated shipping company mentioned in your shipping status email notifications. Procedure for Missing Items

1. Notification:Contact our customer service promptly at support@quasarloop.com to report any missing items. Ensure to include your order number and clearly state the specific items that are missing.

2. Verification:Our customer service team will swiftly investigate and verify the reported missing items. Kindly provide any relevant information or details that can assist in the verification process.

3. Resolution Options: If the missing items are confirmed, we will offer one of the following options based on your preference.  

  • Reshipment: We will expedite the shipment of the missing items to your provided address.
  • Refund: A refund for the value of the missing items will be processed through your original payment method.

4. Confirmation: You will receive an email confirming the resolution and the chosen option within 72 hours of reporting the missing items.

5. Follow-Up: In the case of reshipment, a new tracking number will be provided once the items are dispatched.
For refunds, please allow 5-7 business days for the refund process to be completed.
